What are you really into?
In quarantine I have tried to do many things to spend my free time which it´s a lot because all we know what its going on in the whole world.
I started
doing exercise about 3 times/days a week and if you are reading this I
recommend you do it because it’s a really good way to stay mentally healthy
because it serves to feel, at least for me, that you have control about
yourself, your body or something, especially in this moment when nobody knows what’s
next, what will happen with us and when it could be finish. So, I recommend you
to do it. Anyway, I don’t feel like a fitness cause other reason why I do
exercise it’s to try don’t be crazy. Also, I cook to can eat a lot and stay in
an ideal weight and don’t be fat. I say this because I like to cook things which
are not so healthy like pizza, fries, homemade desserts, or vegetarian food and all you can do without meat too.
I love play videogames, guitar and piano but these are things that I do since I was a child
or before quarantine.

You really need to exercise. I remember when I went to the supermarket for the first time after several weeks at home, I got too tired hahaha. I miss the U pool :(
